Growing up around horses, with a mother who owned and worked with them, I developed a natural confidence and understanding from a young age. I am a capable rider and pride myself on my calm, attentive approach around horses of all sizes. I believe great farriery starts with the whole horse, not just the hooves, so I always assess movement, posture and other areas of the body to help identify potential issues and ensure the best outcome for each horse.

I trained with some of the most respected farriers in the industry, spending two years under Danny Elliott of Pro Shod and the England Team Manager, two years with Paul Smith, and a further six months with Simon and Samuel of SW Farriers. I am a fully qualified farrier, equine management graduate, and trained blacksmith, giving me a strong technical foundation combined with practical, hands-on experience.
COMMITTED TO EXCELLENCE
Having worked with all types of horses — from leisure and working horses to competition, dressage, jumping and heavy horses — I am highly versatile and confident forging shoes from scratch when needed, always tailoring my work to what is best for the horse.
I specialise in barefoot trimming and remedial farriery, while also offering high-quality traditional shoeing. I am a fully qualified barefoot specialist and was the only candidate in the UK to pass this exam in my year.
